I love Japanese cuisine its delicious, and some people say its healthy. My favorite Japanese dishes are as follows:
- Nigiri Sushi
- Udon Soup
Anyway lets get to the point. Today I went to a medium-sized restaurant called Paco near the Sinchon subway station in Seoul. The place is nice and well kept.
Udon soup its pretty common in Korea, so its easy to find it just anywhere. So I ordered a Udon soup in Paco with some tempura shrimp. The dish was better than in the picture (damn you cheap camera!). Taste was good however I always add some extra “Tajin chile powder” to spice things up. I have found that doing this makes an ok-udon soup into the ultimate delicious soup. Prices are not to bad either. 7,500-10,000 KRW depending on what side you wish to add to your soup.
